  10.          Just added a few things I felt were nice options to have.
  11.          I am NOT the author, just playing with the compiler with
  12.          BILL ROBERTS all day an thought about finally doing something
  13.          with it!
  14.          Thanks goes to Larry Steele and Jerry Claxton for the 
  15.          original program and source code!!!
  16.          I'm not very good at .DOCS or WHATSNEW files and hope I 
  17.          haven't done anything the authors wouldn't like!
  18.          Anyway, here are the changes:

  20.          * Added a file that will be read to determine whether the
  21.            reason for chat response was vaild or not.
  22.            You know?  For those users that are forever putting in
  23.            "chat" or "you there?"
  24.            Unfortunatley I couldn't make the program realize mixed
  25.            case like, "You There?" You would have to enter "Chat"
  26.            and "CHAT" in the PRSN file in order to catch mixed case.
  27.            I think that would be a different function, within the
  28.            program but didn't take the time to look!

  30.          * Added a file that will be displayed if the reason for 
  31.            paging was unacceptable!  There is one builtin, so you
  32.            don't need to make one.

  34.          * Added the ability to control the amount of time the page
  35.            will last.  See example config file.
